We work across residential and commercial sectors, including extensions, new-build homes, apartment schemes and mixed-use developments. This breadth of experience allows us to apply consistent design thinking and technical understanding across a range of project types.
We have extensive experience managing planning applications, including proposals involving heritage assets and sensitive sites. Our services extend through technical design and coordination, supporting projects from early feasibility to construction.

MO Architects is led by Iain Orme. Founded in 2008, the practice has built a strong track record in planning-led residential and commercial architecture, combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of how projects are delivered.
